So... Two more days of classes. One of very little other than going over the projects coming up after break, and one day with one class giving a presentation on Chechnya, Kazakhstan, and the Baku-Tblisi-Ceyhan pipeline. But that should go without too much of a problem, and I get to present in partnership with someone else.
Maybe I can finish filling out my transfer paperwork when I get home, too. And upload the handful of photos I've managed to take. I need to take my camera to Russian conversation table sometime, though. The hostess' cat is hilarious. Though I now have a dozen scratches on my hand from playing with the kitten... Worth it, though!
...Once break is over, though, it's definitely paper time. I have a 15 page final paper on the Russification of Kazakhstan to do for geography, and a shorter paper on the Acadians of Atlantic Canada for my freshman seminar (possibly tying in their relationship with the Acadians of Maine and Cajuns of Louisiana). And who knows what else.
Oh! And I have a pet assassin bug. His name is somewhat undecided. One of my friends is going to take him for me over break, because I doubt my family would be cool with me taking a gigantic predatory beetle home with me on a 3 1/2 hour car ride, and her family doesn't care. So she gets to have him for a while
